Something heard at the Members Update...

We attended our first members update meeting on 12/21 and heard something that everyone might not know and would like to hear.

It seems that the DL resorts will no longer fall under the 60 day rule. So, that means we can make those end of use year trips to DL less than 60 days. Yeah!

Just wanted to share in case it was still NEW news...I'm usually too slow to get things out here though and I'm sure someone has already posted this...lol

Not yet...but I do have some "parts"...I've posted on the DVC board about SSR...we loved it!...with photos and then the food porn junkie in my has posted numerous photos on that thread. I am working on it...might take a bit though since we were there for a week...it was glorious! Our first trip without rushing to the relatives...aaaaaahhhhh! When I do get them posted I know I'll call them momsgoofy's christmas trip report, so just look for that.

I'm guessing you and EB had a great Christmas with that precious little girl. I remember DS's first Christmas....

Christmas was wonderful! She loved playing with the wrapping paper! For her third yo Christmas EB and I were talking about going to do Disney for the holiday. SSR sounds like a great location for that trip.

We just loved SSR for the holiday...it was so nice to just walk near the lake or have a relaxing time in the room, which was just great for the 3 of us!

I'm SOOOOO glad to see we aren't the only ones who eat a lot while in Disney World! Like I said, eating is our favorite thing to do in the World!!!

This is good news. Hwoever, I'm surprised that they're being this permissive with DL reservations, as from what I understand, occupancy rates at these properties is quite high.
