Something Going on Beginning of May?

I was checking out the DL park calendar today and I noticed that the first couple days in May seem very blank for lack of a better word. There's no parades or shows or anything scheduled for May 1-3 (that's all that's up so far) and May 1 is a Sunday! I also noticed that there are no MM on Sunday, May 1, but there are on Monday, May 2. Is there something going on right at the beginning of the month or do you think they just haven't set this up right yet?

Maybe the POTC movie premiere?

It seems too early for POTC4. The movie is due out (by most speculation) May 20th. The event at Disneyland in the past has been 2 weeks prior. Plus, I doubt they would do it on a Sunday.

I can't see that something on May 7th would be a reason to move a MM on the 1st.

ETA: As for lack of parades, fireworks, etc... I just realized we are only in the 2nd week of March. Usually, entertainment events are not added on the calendar so far in advance. I would expect to see them drop in within maybe two weeks.

I noticed that the beginning of May is supposed to be really slow. The week day crowds are projected at less than one on a scale from one to ten. They may not have much going on because of low occupancy. Slow times of year usually only have fireworks and Fantasmic on the weekends. It is early though...
