You don't get chosen. The TF oftenly (is that even a word???) chooses a witty or silly comment and tags it in a random (or sometimes favorite) color.

Oh, is that what it was? I was trying to figure out what kind of key you used to create your cipher. Even when I figured out what it said, I just got lucky. I still didn't know what your key was.
