Someone reccomend a hotel close to downtown disney

can someone recommend and give an estimated price for a hotel
walking distance to downtown disney

Ive stayed at the Best Western right on that main street going up to DTD. I dont remember what we paid per night...but we got it through Priceline and it was a good deal.

Any of those hotels, on Hotel Blvd, will do. The Hilton is the nicest, and the Doubletree Suites is an all suite hotel. (It's the furthest away, but you can still walk to DD if you like). There is a Holiday Inn, Grovsner, and more. If you have a car it opens up your options quite a bit because there are a ton on 535 right outside the gate as well. We have stayed at quite a number of them in that area. Recently we loved Cypress Pointe, which we booked through Hotelkingdom.com. Check the Unofficial Guide for recommendations.

I had friends stay at a hotel right across the way from DTD....and it was good too.

Luckily there are plenty of hotels in the area. Ive even managed to get the Wyndham for like $50-75 a night off of Priceline.

What are you looking for walking distance to? Right to DTD-- then you'd want to stay at any of the DTD hotels. I'd check the reviews board (found right at the top of this forum) for info/reviews on each individual hotel.
