Somebody help me PLEASE!! - I can't get in and VMK says I don't exist!

My character is gone -

I have done everything to try to log in - and it goes right back to the login screen as if I entered a wrong password but it does not tell me I entered it wrong

my kids can get on, I have tried VMKpal, I have had a friend try on another computer - no luck

I tried to send a message to VMK but they don't recognize my character in the system and I can't send one

I tried to go to Disney.com and get them to email me the info to the account and they say there is no account associated with the email

It is like she just vanished into virtual thin air -

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I can not bear the thought of building back up all my inventory or credits!!!

How long has it been since you last logged on? VMK is now deleting accounts that haven't been used in a while. I'm so sorry this happened!

I log in everyday - Sunday was the last time I could get in

I am still on people's friends list - so the character still exists - I just cant get to her

julia & nicks mom is a an active member so I doubt it's because of that.

So sorry this has happened to you, hopefully it's a tempoary bug!

i have tried the password and username recovery
this is what it tells me:

That user was not found, or the information regarding that account was entered incorrectly. Please re-enter your Member Name.

I feel so bad for you. I lost my second character that way littlerose. Because I screwed up my password. I was reading bearz example of what happened to her. And how her password grew have you tried putting your password in twice. Like abcdabcd. Worth a try. I know sometimes I have automactic password and I type it in as well it doubles my password.

This very same thing is happening to my friend: (Aceseward in VMK)
I have even sent messages for him to the black hole with no luck.
Please help Maleficent2 if you can I will give you any info you need
for him also.

Was this on a Home computer? Could anyone have been banned?

HAve you tired all the links in the players guide to recover your acct?

Yes this was on home computer. and Aceseward has tried all the links we know of.
Cannot get in to account at Disneyland.com either.

it was on my home computer - i have tried my laptop and desktop and had a friend try to log in on her computer - nothing -

I have gone to Disneyland.com and tried to put in my name and it says there is not account associated with that email

no one has been banned - only my 5 yo and I play - and she is only allowed on with me - she can still get on - I ahve tried my nieces and nephews account from here and they work - 3 yo DS and DH have accounts as well - they only get played to get items so that when he is old enough - he has a full account with everything - and they both work -

i have done everything vmk suggests but I might try them again -

I cant see how those would help since everyone else can get on

I know this is a bit vague but it has been awhile since i tried this.

When i first made little grumpy's Disney Acct. I had the option of calling disney to authorize it for her. Maybe you could try making a kids acct and try that phone number and they could be of some help?

Happen to me in January. I got frustrated and created new character. Nine days later i thought what the heck and tried to log in and got in again no problem ever since. Don't give up. Probably a computer glitch.
