Some Rides Opening an Hour After Park Opening in 2019?

According to the schedules listed for February, some rides are listed as not being open until an hour after park opening.

Aside from Toontown opening later, and only certain rides being open during MM/EMH, I thought all attractions were open when the park opened?

Is this a new thing?

Thanks! I saw that thread, but most of the responses seemed like they weren’t quite understanding the original poster’s question.

Is it a new thing to have only some rides open at park opening, with others opening an hour later?

Most people were just responding to the original thread by saying that the hours might not be available yet. The thing is, they are available. They’re just showing different rides opening at different times, and I’m curious as to whether this is a common practice.

It's been done before.

It’s likely a glitch or mistake of some type, which is what I think a lot of people were getting at on the other thread... those aren’t actually the correct hours, most likely.

If those times did hold, that would be unusual.

It could be a glitch, but it has happened in the past. Sometimes they delay the opening of an attraction so they have more time between when the last guest left the night before and when it opens for them to do some work on the attraction.
