During my meal last Saturday at La Hacienda, I spoke quite a bit with the manager, and learned something interesting, that I see as good news- once the place gets settled and the kitchen is all broken in, there's a good chance that they will begin opening for lunch.
Not sure when this might happen, and obviously it would affect the Cantina as well, since they use part of the Hacienda area for indoor seating.
