Im brand new on the ship, going October 5th with hubby and 2 girls 13 and 15.
Our first time ever on a cruise.

On the Junkaroo, how long is it?
Does the $25 included drinks and food?
If not about how much is everything, and what do they have?
Can you use the unlimited cup on it?
Do you use cash or key to your room to buy food with?

and how much is the arcade card, for how long can you play?

thank you RENEE

I can answer the arcade cards question.
They are sold in denominations of 5 or 10 dollars. They are sold via a machine in the arcade into which you put your Key To The World Card and the charge is applied to your cabin. The arcade games themselves range in price from .50 to 1.00 per play (just like a regular arcade).
A word of warning....I thought the kids' cards were not "active" so they could not charge things to the room. I met up with them in the arcade (they were there about 10 min. before I got there) and they had discovered that the machine would "give" them as many arcade cards as they wanted! All they had to do was put the KTTW card in this funny looking machine!!!!!
The had a FISTFULL of arcade cards! 100 DOLLARS WORTH!!!
Thank goodness they had not spent any of them yet:eek: I brought them (cards and kids) to Guest sevices and returned the cards for a room credit, then had the charging prevledges removed from the kids cards!

Another word of caution! My teen son informed us one afternoon that he lost his card...so no problem we reported it to Guest Svcs and they issued another card for him. Well when we checked our bill later that evening, there were over 100.00 worth of arcade charges made AFTER he had lost the card. He had only used 20.00 worth and thinks he had left the card in the arcade. DCL was able to give us the times that the card was used also and I think they investigated it or looked at their video because they turned it over to security first before they cleared the charges from our card. Imagine, the kid/teen who did that...the same kind of person who may grow up to do it to someones credit card.

So if you or your kids lose their card, always check your bill while it's still fresh in your mind...the cards get lost a lot but I'd like to think most people are honest and just turn them in...Guest Svcs had several cards at their desk that were turned in.

I believe the Teen navigator has the kids meeting in Common Grounds to eat pizza before they leave - if they want to. Sort of a pre-trip get togethr. In my trip report I just posted, I write about seeing my son cruising the harbor from our verandah. How precious that moment was! I think all drinks(punch) is included but they are able to purchase munchies on board with their KTTW card.

He did come back to the room aferwards with chicken strips in hand and said he had a blast! Oh, you'll have to read my trip report. I wish he would have taken his disposable camera!

He was very happy he went!

Just a quick correction, the Arcade cards from the dispenser are $10, $15 or $20, there are $5 from Guest Services (other demoninations from there too). Easy to swipe the card a few times and rack up a bunch of $20 cards!
