Some basic questions regarding making an offer

The more time that Administration spends on the phone, the longer they will take to process resales. There are only a couple of people that work there and they have other responsibilities besides resales.

Has anyone tried calling MS using their SSN as identification? That's where we got our info.

Just an update and a rant. Our owners/sellers have decided to drag their feet. They are promising to have their documents in by Monday.......a full week after we had ours in. Trouble is that we had to call and ask the title company and they had to call and nudge them, they still hadn't put them in the mail. The kicker is that they live in Orlando. ??? We just can't seem to catch a break with sellers wanting our $$.

Ouch, that's terrible! I think our sellers had their paperwork in before we did! I hope your sellers get their act together. You would definitely think they'd want the money. Good luck!

Hang in there. It took our sellers a few weeks to send their signed papers in after we had sent ours in with our $$$. I kept in contact with our agent and she was good about calling them to make sure they were sending them back. She had to call a few times before they finally sent them. A little frustrating for us, but it worked out in the end
