We have renteed DVC points 3 years in a row, and are staying in December for 8 nights at the Boardwalk. We added a night on, also renting points, so it is considered two separate reservations. We don't need at reservations that last day, so I am concerned that I should not have linked that last night to MDE in fear it will mess up making my ADRs. (I have read people saying it caused issues) Is there a way to unlink it? I am not seeing that option, maybe I can call Disney and have them unlink it for me, then I can link it after dining is made? I wouldn't be as stressed, but we are tying for CRT this trip, and I want to maximize my chances here. I make ADRs on saturday morning so I need to get this figured out! Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

I would leave the last nights reservation in MDE. We often do spilt stay and it has never messed with booking ADRs. If you are in any doubt call and make the ADRs on the phone.

If you are not trying to make ADRs for your last day, you are totally fine. It's only a issue when you are wanting to book your full trip dining with both parts of the split stay, since the system doesn't recognize the second option of the stay (it doesn't see it as a continuous reservation and treats them as separate, with separate ADR 180 days). So- not to worry!

Oh ok! I read it wrong, I was thinking it was registering anything past the check in day or registering the 180+10! Good that makes me feel better, thank you! These ADRs stress me out so bad!
