Hey everyone,

I just lurk around here for the great infos you guys provide. This is the first time I actually feel the need to post myself :)

I was supposed to go to WDW with a friend on Oct 26th. She's since discovered she's expecting and her doc advised her not to fly long distance. Thus, I have decided to go on my own.

Now, I don't mind doing this on my own, but I think sharing the fun is double the fun. So I was wondering if anyone else is also soloing during that time (I'm leaving on nov 9th) and maybe would like to get together for a day or two? Or even just for lunch or dinner... I'd love to do a couple buffets but don't feel very comfortable doing them alone.

I'm a 35yr old female who loves everything WDW, from Small World to Tower of Terror. I'm pretty uncomplicated, too. So if anyone wants to hook up, just give me a holler. Maybe someone else out there solo'ing would like to meet up.

I wish I was going at that time, as I would definitely meet up with you.. but it looks like I won't be headed that way until early February..

Hopefully someone here can meet up with you! Have a great time!

Check out the Singles Social Club thread. We actually have a meet scheduled for the weekend of the 25th that anyone is welcome to join. There will also be several people from that group down there around that time which you might be able to join up sometimes during the remainder of your trip.

:goodvibes:goodvibes

I will be at the world from October 30th to November 9th and my daughter and her friend (both in the military) will be joining me on the 1st to the 7th, we are also meeting friends from Newcastle during that time.( they get to come for 3 weeks!!!)

We have an ADR for Crystal Palace on the morning of November 6th, right now it is for 3 people so it would be no problem to add another person even last minute if you would like to join us.:thumbsup2

I envy you having all that time as a solo, I have the 30th partly solo, I plan on touring other resort, always stay at the same one. Some day I hope to do a whole trip solo but this is good for now.

You have an ADR for Crystal Palace? Oh Boy oh boy oh boy... That's like.... The one character breakfast I really wanna do (for obvious reasons if you look at my nick ;) ) but I wasn't really sure if I should do it alone or not. I'll definitely keep you offer in mind!

And man, 3 weeks at Disney? Wow. UK people do get awesome deals all the time! They even get 21 days unlimited tickets for Disney. But - I shouldn't complain cause *cough*cough* I bought my 14 days Disney ticket in the UK as well...

Hey poohloover ... I was trying to find people to go around those dates too ... I also wanted to hit Universal for a day .. would you like to join me ?

I am relatively local....so if you would like to meet in a park and hang out we can. I'm 34/m easy going loves to laugh. If you want to chat shoot me a pm.

lol Yes they are lucky but when you consider the cost to get here I guess I would want to make it worth my while.

Let me know about CP, it's my fav character meal also.:thumbsup2

Lots of time to plan so no hurry!!

Well, I have to fly over the pond as well like the folks from the UK ;) I just find it incredible that in the UK you get 14 days of unlimited Disney and Universal all included for X£ and the rest of Europe has to pay more than X for 4 days of Disney and 2 days Universal, park hopper not even included. You can't get that incredible deal anywhere else in the world. That's why I usually book all my Disney around the world through a UK travel agent even though I'm not located in the UK.

And I'll definitely keep your offer for CP in mind. How far in advance would you need to know to add a person to the ADR? My inner Pooh keeps saying "oh, honey!!!!" to me, begging me to go....

I really wouldn't have to change the ADR, they can always add one onto a 3 ressie.

So before we both leave on holiday then you can just send me a message and we can set some thing up :cool1:

i am thinking of planning a trip for the end of october beginning of november. i will also be going to solo so keep me updated if a meet is going to happen, i would be very interested in meeting fellow disney fans, not too many understand the addiciton lol

Im going to be at Food and Wine October 25-26 (arriving later in the day on the 25th. have to work) if you are looking for someone to chill with let me know.

I spend alot of time in the parks solo these days so its always nice to be able to spend some time with others
