Hi.

Ill be solo for only one night staying at PVs before heading to GFVs to meet up with family that are already for a few days.

I want to get the Deluxe Plan for one night although Ill be on my own for twi dinners.

Would this be optimizing my plan:

Arrival day, get to Poly about 1pm
Dinner at Cape May

Next Day, my check out day:
Breakfast Somewhere or would a lunch be better

Dinner at Chef Mickeys then head to GFVs.

Would it be better if I ate somewhere else onsite at the parks, DTD, Boardwalk etc.?

I have PAP so plan on going to parks and or DTD. Usually travel with my family but this trip just my mom and her friend so want to do things that I cant usually do when there are more of us.

I will make ADRs tomorrow for my date of September 10 unless I have time today. Rest of the week ADRs already done. I had 22 points left and decided to use them to try PVs since I dont think I would stay there with my family since we enjoy the larger accommodations and washer/dryer.

Anyway, what, meal wise wiuld you suggest for me to optimize the plan for one night stay?

Thank you!

I think I replied on your other thread; sorry no one else is chiming in.

With the two meals you've chosen, you're at $90, so you'll want about a $20 meal to make the DxDDP worth it. Which park are you thinking of enjoying? Crystal Palace breakfast or lunch would give you some different characters, but you'll want to do it early enough you're ready to eat again at Chef Mickey. An early lunch at Spice Road Table over in EP on the lagoon would be relaxing. Sanaa over at AKL might give you a view of the animals on the savannah. Are there any restaurants your family would never go to that you want to try?

Thank you for your help.
I'm not particularly looking for Character meals but I do like the buffets that I mentioned (Chef Mickeys and Cape May).
Do you think it would be best for me to do the following for my three meals:

Arrival: Dinner that night at O'hana
Lunch next day: Park
Dinner: Chef Mickeys and head to GFVs after dinner

Instead of lunch, should I get myself up and out of room and have a big breakfast somewhere and then have a dinner that night?

I want to maximize my credits, since almost making it like a game to myself and I want to hit possibly all four parks since I could never do this
with my dh, dd-21 and ds-17.

Thank you!

How about Tusker House for a pre opening ADR? That would give you a good breakfast to start and get you in the park ahead of time. An early lunch at Yak n Yeti would also be a good choice.

Akershus over in EP is an excellent use of a credit, but wouldn't be one of my choices as the food doesn't appeal to me. An early lunch at just about any of the TS places in WS will use up that $20 pretty quickly.

If you're going before the end of June, you could try out the new BoG breakfast. It's not the best value as far as amount of food, but it is a fix prix of $20.

I would get rid of Chef Mickey's, buy a CS lunch and use those two credits for a signature restaurant. (I think this poster did mention in other threads that they prefer signature restaurants)

Thank you. I plan on trying this DDP on September 10. I do not like Akershus either LOL Maybe I should stay around Poly by pool and then head out. I do not need a breakfast or a lunch. Really, at home, I only eat one meal but on vacation I do like to let myself eat LOL

hhhmmmm, OK, maybe you are on to something. I have three TS meals with the deluxe plan, is that correct?
I can use my snack credit(s) to fill me up at lunch. I think I may do this option.
What would you suggest?
Arrival day: Get to resort about 1:00 pm. Go to Magic Kingdom maybe? Eat a dinner.
Check out day: I really don't eat breakfast at home (or lunch for that matter) but maybe a CS lunch and
then dinner at a Signature at night would be relaxing with a glass (or bottle) of wine?

What do you think and where should I eat? I can never find something at CG that I like so don't want to go there.

What do you think about above. Thank you both VERY much!

I guess for the most expensive 2 credit dinners maybe take a look at CRT or Narcoosees.

If you're going to do a signature for one of your meals and a CS for the other, you'd probably be better paying OOP. You'd have to find the most expensive 2TS and order expensive components to end up spending that $80 value. I liked your original options of Ohana on arrival, and then two meals on your check out day.

You are the expert so that is why I asked.
I will do as you say LOL
