Disney has a long history of declaring resorts sold out before they are. Often to generate those last few sales need to accomplish the stated goal. Even when a resort is truly sold out, often there are points in some UY. Also, not all contracts will close so it's not uncommon for points to mysteriously show up later.

This is great news. I wonder if DVD is planning another DLR or if they ill let their current inventory settle a bit before stating a new project. I would love to see SSR sell-out, but that is unlikely, especally with the low contract levels on the resale market.

Anyway, we have out little slice, so it sounds even nicer o be an owner!

That is true. And it depends on who's buying, I know there are contracts still "not closed".
