Well, for one thing - Alot of people want the hat but maybe don't have too much to trade for it. And another, just be patient. Sometimes it takes a while to find the perfect offer. Just be friendly and turn down politely any of the offers you don't like.

What he/she offers is between him and the trader if you dont want to trade him/her fine say politely no thank you otherwise you are being very rude. The trading sticky clearly outlines that in trade threads you must post either to be offering or asking a question concerning the trade. That being said I offer a monsters opening pin.

yes i might be rude and i apologize. but he has been VERY VERY rude to me in game. not trying to say that i should do it back but just stating.
