Yes, as far as I know the points are transferrable but still must be used by 8/31/12.

UPDATE - I just checked the points calculator and looks like at 210 points you have enough for a 1bdrm during my dates (approx 205-210). I would be fine with a 1bdrm instead of a studo to use up all of your points if they are still available! If you don't see availability at the below resorts let me know what is available. I'm not really interested in Saratoga Springs or Old Key West..
