Soarin' is my favorite ride in WDW. This will be our first trip with our 3-year-old daughter, who is exceptionally brave. One of her favorite rides at Sesame Place (our only real theme park experience so far) is very similar to Dumbo, and she likes to go all the way to the top the whole time. As of now, she is only 38" so this may not be an option anyway, but how do 3-year-olds do on Soarin'? Should we just plan on doing the swap? Trying to think about FP's. TIA

My three year old loved it! He is a little bit of a daredevil and he loved "flying"! It's a must do for us every-time!

3 yr old nephew LOVED it and wanted to ride over and over. I think he felt like it was finally an "adult" ride that he was tall enough to do so that made it even more exciting for him.

When my youngest was three she was a little scared at the initial quick movement at the start, but when the screen was on and she could see everything, she liked it. She did say that she didn't want to ride it again that trip, but she would next time we went. I made sure to hold her hand and told her what she might be afraid of when we were in line. YouTube videos also have helped a lot as we plan our trips since our girls can see exactly what to expect.

My daughter was 3 her first time at Disney, and she absolutely LOVED Soarin'. She squealed with delight the entire time. She's almost 12 now (!) and it is still one of her favorites.
