They already have it for the Candlelight Processional. Unfortunately it's called "buy a dinner package".

Yeah, it's not necessarily a bad idea to have the option if you want good seats that aren't behind that tree, but I agree Tier 1 is a stretch.

If you only have 1 Epcot day. I'd say stick with Soarin. If you have multiple Epcot days and really want a good seat why not?!

i actually kept my Soarin' & dumped my 2nd EPCOT day's Test Track for the concert. JUST IN CASE. i have a huge WP fan in my travel group!
this is actually our 1st EF&WF so this info is strictly from the DISboards, but if you have a Chase Visa you can go to the lounge & ppl have said they were given VIP seating to Eat To the Beat. they didn't specify if it was during weekdays or weekends or what, but i'm going to check it out JUST IN CASE.

They have to have some Tier 1 attractions that don't have a height restriction or have "guest motion sickness" issues.

Why? Because ALL guests that make ANY FP+ reservations at Epcot, MUST make one Tier 1 FP+ reservation at Epcot.

Don't be a bit surprised if they add actual FP+ for the CP.
Last year, they sent CMs to the CP waiting area the afternoon of a given show and "handed out"
(what amounted to) "FastPasses" for that night's show. (The passes were not tied to the FP+ system
last year, but were stand-alone passes.)

They might continue to do that this year, or (depending on how this F&W thing goes) offer advance FP+ for the CP.
