When someone says that something will "soft open on 3/17" it doesn't mean that 3/17 is the only day you can see it. It means that the show will "soft open" that day and then perform after that on a more-or-less regular schedule. If major re-writes or changes need to be made, it may go back down for a few days or a week to do that, but otherwise, it should be playing as it normally would. So yes ... you should be able to see it at some point between April 3-7. The only negative is that you may not know the schedule ahead of time and may need to ask at your resort every day to find out if the show is playing.
Cool! We get to see the stunt show, we get to see the stunt show!
Maybe, hopefully! We'll be there April 1 through April 5. Of course, we'll probably be back in June too................We'll get to see Soarin', We'll get to see Soarin'......... Gotta act like my kids sometimes!

We have been on Soarin many times at DCA and we absolutely love that ride. It will be nice to have it when we go to WDW in December. Even though we are closer to California, we like to vacation at WDW. You will love the ride
I noticed on another website's Rumors and News section that The Land is reopening 3/6. Any chance they'd move up the soft opening of Soarin' to that day, instead of mid March?
