I forget what it is, but if you ask for directions for this town in Japan from anywhere in the States, it tells you to kayak across the Pacific.

So what is in the cupboard? I hate figuring those types of nights out.

I had some of that Costco wonton soup noodles. DH opted for tuna and salad on rice crackers. DS decided on the Lean Cuisine style pasta.

Don't be. This is meant to be a share what you want forum amongst friends.

I'm just feeling sorry for myself because I got sunburnt today (despite being under cover) and I had a painful cramp in my left calf.

I'd taken Aleve this morning and it helped a little bit, but what helped the most was taking a hot bubble bath. Which I needed anyway, since the parents are home from Vegas :lmao:

 I hope the sunburn isn't too bad :)

Its the same from Australia. We have to kayak across the Pacific as well. :lmao:

Sometimes Google Maps is a little insane, but other times it's fun :)

I hope you feel better Dana. Been there done that. Thats why its not there anymore.

PIO hope your sunburn goes away really fast.

Poor Skiing may skip these few pages :rotfl2:

Good night skiingfast. Sleep well.

I don't know how long it would take to kayak across the pond. Not something that's on my bucket list. :rotfl2:

Where did your parents stay? They werent gone very long. Or maybe they were. Oh boy I cant remember.

I got DH to put something on it. hopefully it will settle down; but it is awfully red and sore right now.

Take care of yourself and I hope your dad isn't bugging you too much.

Most definitely TMI for me right now but :grouphug:

No, I've been there done that! Never heard of yours, but I had something similar that wreaked havoc on me when I had it taken out. I'm right there with you for the past couple days. uck!

can google say, planes, trains, and automobiles?:rotfl2: I am not laughing at you Alison, I am laughing at google. Some of the things we type into the computers and the answers we get in return.:rotfl:

I learned about the options planning for our DC trip, I never knew you could do maps "on foot", and it actually helped me out so.e in the planning stages.

I have PCOS, so my cramps were always really bad before I got my Implanon. Then I didn't have them for two years and then today it was just like "Oh no, not again". I do eventually want to have kids, so we'll see what happens.

They were only there four days and stayed at Excalibur. They had a really good time :)

That's good  I use aloe vera gel, even though it doesn't actually do anything medicinally.

He hasn't been too bad, to be honest. I think that was also because he knew I didn't feel good (he didn't want to know why, though).

Implanon is the current implantable birth control and is the most effective form of reversible birth control on the market (short of abstinence, anyway). There's no room for user error, since it's just an implant that constantly secretes hormones, I don't have to take anything, I don't have to worry about putting anything in place (although that hasn't been an issue in a long time), and it normally stops my period from happening. I'm not a candidate for an IUD due to the ovarian cysts, so Implanon was the best choice, since I suck at taking pills, the patch would have a reduced efficacy due to my weight, and I didn't like the idea of the ring.

Can you tell I've discussed this way too many times? :rotfl: I have a lot of friends who've asked me about it, since everyone else I know uses OCPs.

I think they stayed at the Excalibur, she wanted to see pics of that hotel.

Yes, they did stay at Excalibur :)

I think I'm gonna log off. Might try again a little later. If not, I hope to catch you all tomorrow. :goodvibes

So not to beat this subject into the ground! :lmao: Is that the one that is good for five years at a time?
