I think it's to distribute crowds. I'm not quite sure what information you are looking for, but it simply means that the show won't start until the posted time. As long as you are in the park before it closes, they'll let you stay in the park to watch WoC. It's not really that much different than the fact the stores on BVS often remain open for up to an hour after the park closes.

When DCA closes at 8:00pm like the later part of April, WOC starts at 8:30 My guess is because of Daylight Savings Time it isn`t dark enough for the show. It`s great afterwards , walking out with the park empty , and they will let only the people staying at the GCH ( maybe PP and DLH, too ) use the path past Grizzly River Rapids to exit thru the GCH turnstiles
