Looking for feedback on how the weather and crowds were at this time.

I am on track to earn a Disney World trip and if I earn it, these are the dates we go in 2005.

Thanks!

It was 92 with 88% humidity most of the days. It didn't rain the first 2 days at all. The rest of the time it rained late in the day. One day it was 8-9pm, another 4:30-6pm, 5-7pm. The rain did make the nights cooler. Doing e-night was great. It went from 11-2am. It was so much cooler in the evening. We toured in the morning, went to the hotel and then went back in after dinner. It seemed cooler when we switched to the HRH but I think it was just that we didn't have to wait in lines so we felt cooler.

Sounds like EE is a must-do then?

We usually go in December and have gone before in May and early June (before June 10). We always EE at MK, but it sounds like we may have to do every park EE to deal with the heat.

Dan, thanks for the first hand report.

The heat is what I am most concerned about. I am in MN and humidity and I hate each other:teeth: . With my two kiddos, I imagine a lot of pool time and cool time in the room will be had.

Wish we were at BCV, but we'll be at POR for this trip and I hear Ol' Man Island is a good place to swim and cool off.

Yup - we were at BWV last week.

I thought the crowds were low-to-medium. It was pretty hot (TV said 90-95 for highs most days). Monster thunderstorm on Friday night, and nearby thunder and a bit of rain on another occasion. It was typical humidity, but if you arrived early and then split about noon-ish for a cooldown you were fine for the evening.

We were just there 6/19 - 27. Hot, hot, HOT!!! And very humid...soaked your clothes by 8:30 a.m. Oppressive. But it's also do-able. We paced ourselves, took mid-day breaks and spent time by the pool. We also used fast-pass, avoided EMH and worked around what we thought were large crowds - but then again we usually go in november. DH says that's the last summer trip...we'll see. :)

We were there June 20-June 25. It rained the Monday afternoon and Thursday night. It was HOT, HUMID, and we LOVED it. We spent one full day at the pool.

We were there June 21-28. Like the others said it was very HOT HOT HOT. But I had expected this . The crowds were there but using fast pass, the wait times were not nearly as bad as I expected.

Hot and humid and rainy and sticky.

Couldn't use our cabana on one of our days at the Hard Rock Hotel, and our MK fireworks cruise was cancelled due to lightening. Be prepared to be flexible.

Ditto for hot and humid. First 2 days (6/22 and 6/23) no rain in sight - but last 4 nights random thunderstorms. Of course the thunderstorms came just about the time we were heading back to the parks - from our mid-day break.

It was bearable, but you did need a break and plenty of fluids. Think I lost about 10 lbs. sweating:p
