So, Who Is Going, and Did You Go on the 1st One?

Oh, my... Someone's got some explaining to do!

It's a game called Wonder Quest and was played in Wave Bands on Monday night. Basically you need to take random stuff up (sock with a hole, $20, person with brown eyes, etc.) to the MC and she calls your team's number. Your team wins a prize at the end of the game if your number is called 1st the most times.

Hey...those who quoted the original pic...would you mind editing your post so that the original pic isn't showing anymore please?

He's not mad or anything, just protective of the info out there. We had issues before that almost cost a potential job and we don't want that again...lol...Tonya's edit is hilarious I must admit...:rotfl:

Thank you for understanding :grouphug:

I hope no one's upset with me...:guilty:

I didn't mean to cause such a stink over here...:guilty:

No problem here. I figured all the instances of the pic would disappear once Tonya edited her post; no insult was intended to you, Matt, or anyone. :goodvibes

Thank you everyone for your understanding. I hope I didn't come off too harshly but we all have jobs and families to think about. But what a great time I had!! Thank you again for the wonderful experience. I am looking forward to the next one (and let me tell you, that's a huge statement from someone who swore he'd never go on a cruise ship again for the rest of his life!).

we plan on going on the second one and we went on the first. This time the kids won;t be going

We re-booked on board and are totally up for Fun On A Boat II :cool1::cool1::cool1:

I can't wait to get on the ship again, it was so much better than we expected and we can't believe we've never cruised before

I'm still catching up with reality, laundry, the boards and everything else :rotfl: I can't believe how lucky we were with the weather too - hoping everything is ok for those still in Florida and all you guys who live there

Thanks to everyone we met and all the podcast crew and Tracy as well the the staff on board who made this the best vacation ever :grouphug:
Can't wait to do it all over again :yay::yay::yay:

pin? What pin? :rolleyes1

I'm just catching up... When I saw it, it took me a good 3 minutes to find the pin..... It blends.... I'm just saying.....

Oh yeah. We're all going. Most of y'all probably know that already, but in case you hadn't. (Ian's screen name is Conolan, but he doesn't post up too much - he's the quiet type - Lois and Greg can vouch....).:rotfl::rotfl: And we'll have the adorable monkey-girls in tow!

I'm already planning on holding a pre-schooler meet at the pool.

Thinking ahead. I like it. Good plan. Just have to work on how to keep ADP in the pit longer.....:scratchin

As Lisa said, you'll know a whole bunch of people. In October of 2008 when I booked for the first podcast, I knew absolutely nobody. Then I started posting and got to know people. DP & I went to a meet at Doorway to Dreams in Chicago and met Jason and Shanan (and some other DISers, too). By the time May 8th (the day I arrived in Orlando) I knew a whole bunch of people. And by the time May 16th (the day I left  ) I knew even more. We are from every walk of life and from differing segments of society, put everyone is warm and friendly. Like Paul was saying before dinner at the Poly on Saturday before the cruise: "The boards are great. Without them, the chances of us ever meeting are non-existent."

So in short, book it. You'll have fun. And you have 18 months to get to know people. You won't be sorry.:goodvibes
Well said, I just wish there was more time to talk to more people in person! :wizard:

I'm going to need the extra space so Shanan can come over for coffee in the mornings on the verandah! :woohoo:
I hope you aren't saying that I AM that BIG, I mean I know I am big but come on! :rotfl2:

Hey that reminds me...I'll be 30 for the next cruise. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

Once or twice.

Back off, Don....I proposed at Epcot. In the queue for Maelstrom. Gave her the closest thing to a ring I had. My Kermit pin.

I'll be 30 too.....sigh....

I have some interesting pics of the pinning process, and the proposal tee hee. :rolleyes1 So when do we reveal them?
