(in the excitement of the filling out the form, I neglected to put my husband on the wait list. Funny thing, if not for him we wouldn't even BE in Orlando, he has a business trip that Friday night. We are coming back with our two children for a week over Christmas though)

Is it just me or is anyone else "bothered" by the language at the bottom of the TSM email confirmation:

"Due to regulations set-forth by Disney Event Services no audio or video recording of any kind is permitted at the event. In addition, by entering this event you agree that any photographs you take are for your own personal use and will not be printed or published in any way, shape or form. This includes, but is not limited to, newspaper, magazine, promotion, advertising, website, blog or discussion forum."

What is Disney Event Services trying to hide by not allowing us to post any pictures? Their secret dessert recipes, perhaps? (Did someone say CAKE?!?!?) Or is it the price they will be charging us at the cash bar? Or maybe it is the incredibly high scores we are all going to get on TSM?

Hmmmm, inquiring minds want to know. Or am I just channeling my inner Oliver Stone in order to believe there is a conspiracy going on here?
