so when can I use the BC pool? the day I'm going to check in and/check out?

We're staying at the BC for 1 night (split stay) so can I use the pool on both the day we check in and the day we check out (before our flight home)

The pp answered your question, but I just wanted to add that you can take full advantage of the pool and everything else at the resort as soon as you check in and until midnight of the day you check out .

Ditto - just make sure you've checked in at BC, you'll need your room key to get into SAB.

Yes you can check in anytime after 6am. They will give you your room keys but they won't tell you what your room number is until the room is ready. You will use that key to gain access to SAB. We checked in at 9am in March to BC & the room was ready around 3pm.
