So what do YOU do if you get sick the night before you fly to WDW?

Ok I know this is a bit off but on the insurance subject-does anyone know what is included in the one you can purchase when you get a package from Disney? I always get it-thank goodness have never had to use it but if a kid or anyone gets sick-can you cancelled & re-book?
