We've got dinner reservations at Carthage Circle Al Fresca and at Wine Country Trattoria for Thursday/Friday. How do the outdoor dining experiences deal with rain? Do they allow weather-related cancellations? Are there table umbrellas? I can't imagine carving into a chicken parmesan in the middle of a torrential downpour while sitting on a soaking wet seat.
