So....We’re on vacation and I forgot to pay my taxes before we left!

I realized today at AK that we need to print out our tax form and send in the payment! Oy veh!!!! We have a split stay...Poly tonight, Riviera tomorrow night, and BLT six nights. Our taxes have been filed, but I saw no reason to pay in any earlier than we had to. Of course, now I wish we had went ahead and paid. I just knew I was forgetting something when we left our house on Friday.
Any suggestions for where we can find a place to print our email and mail it (along with our check)? I’ve never paid attention to whether there is a business services at Disney Resorts.

business center at the deluxe resorts, if they are open. If not, see if you can buy an envelope and stamps from the front desk and mail in payment to the IRS without the return/payment slip.

Can you pay online? My taxes are due on the 15th as well and I was just looking over the slip and noticed that there is the option to pay online.

Use one of the commercial websites (or email-to-fax services) to fax the document to your Disney hotel? I've done this (and Disney didn't charge me a fee to receive the fax), but not in a while.

Thank you all for your help. I didn’t realize I could pay it online, so I ended up doing that a few minutes ago. Good to know that there are options for having resorts print things out in the future if I ever need it...not like I plan on forgetting to pay my taxes again while I’m on vacation

Glad you got it done online. I always do mine online now, so you don't have to print and mail anything (which is nice).

I have also had to use the business Center at the Contemporary. VERY friendly staff there and excellent service. They are a good resources that I didn't even know existed until about a year ago (and I have been going to Disney for a long time).

Try EFTPS.gov. This will allow you to pay on-line via your checking or savings account. No fee.

If you pay with credit card, you pay a percentage of the total, with a minimum payment fee. It's been worth it for me in the past - and I've gotten several "free" trips out of doing this.

It's a percentage, and interestingly the 3rd party providers (at least for federal taxes) have different rates. IIRC the lowest rate I found for federal was 1.87%.

Edited to add that the IRS has a table of providers and fees here, but I think the state tax fees are higher.

Another option for printing is the DVC Lounge at Epcot. I needed to sign a document during our vacation. I printed at the DVC lounge, signed it, then bought a stamp and envelope at the resort to send it in.

I seem to recall it is 3% of the total.

Sadly my bill was higher than my credit limit. Also, I filed at the last minute and didn’t trust that I could make a partial payment on the card. Also also, I couldn’t do the math fast enough to figure out if the points were worth the $$ charged.

Fyi, we scheduled payment for 7/1 back in March.
We did Turbo Tax this year (back in March) and owed quite a bit. We scheduled payment for 7/1, but you could choose any day before the due date for it to be withdrawn from your account.
