Not to highjack this thread... but I also have a question regarding our room block and thought this would be a good place to ask. We have a similar situation, in terms of none of our guests calling the number to book, everyone is booking on expedia, or the disney website, etc. They are either finding better deals or just think it's easier. Also, a lot of our guests are waiting to book since they know the rooms are blocked. In the end I think we will deff. have at least 25 room nights with our guests staying on property, but I am going to need to add almost everyones ressie numbers. Can I add these even if they did not book through Disney, like if they booked through expedia?

P.S. As you can see by my ticker, I need to make a decision if I need to lower our room block or not within the next week, so I don't know what I should do, since I am fairly sure we will end up meeting the block in the end.

Yes—it doesn't matter how they book their rooms, all you need is their reservation number to tell Disney so it can be counted for your guarantee.

Did you post on the other threads? I would try maybe resorts or discounts and reservations to get the attention of other people who have their trips planned or maybe someone planning last minute and is without any discounts?
