I have spent over 2.5 hours on the phone today between the DLP Suite reservation line and my bank.
I have reservations for a TB Suite for our 15th anniversary and when trying to pay for it my bank refuses payment from DLP even though they keep telling me (my bank) it will go through.
Though I have to wait for 20 or 30 minutes to get a reservation specialist she is so nice and helpful. I am just so frustrated that I have had to call the bank in the states 4 times and each time they assure me it will work. Then it doesn't.
I am beginning to think this is a sign since the last 2 times we have stayed at a DLP hotel they weren't the best experinces. I love Disneyland Paris itself but just don't seem to have very good luck with the hotels.
Anyways sorry I just had to vent because I have read before other people have had probelms with a credit card going through and was hoping someone can tell what the outcome was. At this point I would drive to the office and hand them cash just to make sure it is paid and we don't loose our suite.
