Your whole world is turned upside down,you sound like you feel you're alone although you have lots of friends and family who care about you

If you have a sympathetic GP maybe you could have a chat with them?

I haven't been through a divorce but know how you feel is so similiar to a bereavemnet which I have It WILL get easier and less painful but I know that must seem so far away

If you have worries about housing please take housing advice. If you are having to sell your home and cannot afford a new one have you thought of shared ownership? Many Local Authorities in the country run schemes to help people like yourself.
