My first Disney Nightmare! Oh my

So, it happened. I had a nightmare about the happiest place on Earth.
We were there and it was Wednesday already...
But for several different reasons we hadn't been to any parks yet
In the dream, we tried to go to AK as planned this day, but could not get in.
In the evening, we decided to try Magic Kingdom.
We got there and for some reason everyone else took a boat...
But my brother and I were left behind. Me walking and pushing him.
Not just walking, but walking on the most insanely high and narrow incline I had ever seen.
Then we ended up trapped in a building that was like a fun house maze...
Only there were no mirrors...only lockers and bathroom stalls
Oh, the things my mind can come up with

Well, I woke up after that. The dream wasn't scary, it was just sad.


On a brighter note, my brother e-mailed me a bunch of Planning Binder stuff today.
And...my graduation information came in the mail


I won't post everything my brother sent...there's alot.
But I did upload some stuff after marking out confirmation #s and whatnot.

I really love the Port Orleans/Princess Tiana graphic... it's so sweet.
It almost made me a little teary eyed...almost...

Which reminds me...I need to call my brother and tell him I liked everything...
And fill him in on my nightmare.
He'll have to be prepared to help me navigate through that locker maze

So I'm not the only one out there who has Disney nightmares? I always have the same one once or twice before our trip: I haven't packed anything and I don't realize it until we check into our hotel room! What does that mean? Is it paranoia about not being prepared?

How exciting that you are getting so close to your graduation! I hope you have a truly enjoyable day

I've had plenty of Disney nightmares, ranging from getting there and not having a room to getting there and I forgot to pack ANYTHING.

If your dreams are about a fear of not being prepared...
I guess my fear is that I'm overplanning and won't be able to do it all
My brother told me he had a Disney nightmare too...
It was about HUGE crowds and CRAZY heat!
His might come true though

I think he wanted our folder to look more brochure-esque (?)
My niece's folder is going to be character filled.

I haven't had much time to update...
And I have other PTRs to catch up on, but I thought I'd write a little something.

Thanks! School is over now
4.0 this semester...and I'm officially a college grad now!

We will also be in Disney World a week from now
Everyone is really excited!

I still need to do my last day plans...
But Photobucket isn't working, so I will try again in a few hours.
It has been pretty hectic these last two weeks!

I did more trip shopping yesterday with my Mom and Brother...
and then we saw the new Pirates of the Caribbean
It was VERY good! Gotta love Jack Sparrow!

My room at my parent's house is literally covered in Disney right now...
I haven't started packing yet...and I have to make goody bags for my neice.
I should probably start considering we are leaving Friday morning


We still need to get snacks for the road trip, sun block, and things like that...
So, I will be making that list, packing, printing off anything we will need, etc. today.

We also changed some plans, but hopefully I can write about that tonight...

This will be our last park day...
and probably the busiest!
I plan to wake everyone up early.
We will then drive to the TTC and catch the monorail to...
THE POLYNESIAN RESORT!

Our breakfast ADR is at 'Ohana for 9:05.

After breakfast we will catch the monorail to Magic Kingdom.
I plan to lead us straight to Fantasyland.

We will do as much of the following as possible:
Mad Tea Party
Dumbo
Prince Charming's Carrousel
it's a small world
Mickey's PhilharMagic

Next up is...Liberty Square!
There we will stop for funnel cakes at Sleepy Hollow...
See the Hall of Presidents...
and hopefully get a picture with Tiana and Naveen

We will try to catch the afternoon parade if we can.
Then we have to head to Crystal Palace for our 3:30 ADR.

After eating with Pooh and friends, it's on to Adventureland.
We will try to ride Jungle Cruise there.

If there is time, we will try to see anything we can.
Afterwards, we will catch the monorail to the Polynesian...
We will watch Wishes there from the beach

Then, it's back to Port Orleans to sleep.

That's all for this day!


We are one week away now!

We have decided to stay in a hotel in Tallahassee on Saturday night...
So, we will be rested and ready to hit Magic Kingdom next Sunday

I just finished printing out my planning pages and restaurant invitations,
and I have just a few more items to add to my Niece's goody bags.
I've decided to give her a different gift bag every night

We are all checked-in online. I plan to call the resort later this week...
Hopefully our rooms will at least be close together.

We are still putting together a shopping list...that needs to be done ASAP.
I also need to set the DVR for everyone's favorite shows

I haven't started packing either...oh, there's so much to do


Well, wish me luck!

So, the day is here!
We are leaving for Louisiana in a few hours

I just wanted to post one more update before we take off

I've checked weather.com...there is a low chance of rain.
Nothing is over 90 degrees.
That's actually better than the 100s we've been getting in Texas

I preordered the Photopass CD yesterday.
I made a lime green Mickey head name tag.
So, if you see me with this bag...

...feel free to say hello

I can't believe that after all that planning I did 100 days out,
I'm still packing last minute. haha...

I will definitely be taking lots of pictures for my TR
Can't wait to start that! We'll see if my planning helped any

I guess I will say "See you later" now...
I'm off to read some of the other PTRs I've been following.
