So the kids want to go to T-Rex...

Do you need to make a reservation?

We've never made a reservation that I can think of. We usually do an early lunch though (11am-ish) and walk right in.

Appetizer- Artifact Stack - Dig in these fried onion rings, piled high and served with our BBQ ranch and ranch dressings for dipping $8.99

OR Brachiosaurus Bruschetta - Grilled eggplant, bruschetta tomatoes, herbed cheese and toasted focaccia bread drizzled with a balsamic glaze $8.99

Fave dishes so far are the Paleonzoic Chicken Sandwich - Fried pizza dough with grilled chicken, lettuce, bacon, pepper jack cheese, avocado, tomato and lemon aioli $12.99

or the Tribal Tacos - Your choice of tempura fried or blackened grilled tender Mahi Mahi wrapped in corn tortillas and topped with red cabbage, fresh cilantro, pico de gallo and our T-REX avocado cream sauce $16.99 (get the blackened per the server)

DH is a vegetarian and orders the Mammoth Mushroom Ravioli but with a red sauce instead of lobster.

The must get dessert to be shared among 4-6 people is the Chocolate Extinction - A gigantic portion of chocolate fudge cake served with ice cream, fresh whipped cream drizzled with fudge and caramel sauces and sprinkled with Butterfinger crumbs. Enough for two or more. $14.99
It is SOOOO good. The cake is like a brownie and is to die for.

OOOOOHHHHH, I can't wait to go. I booked it for our up coming trip. I thought it looked cool and the kids will love it. I was going to do Whispering Canyon again (we loved it our last trip) but thought I would try something different.

the chocolate extinction dessert :thumbsup2 it's expensive IMO, but oh so good :)

I second that!! We shared the Supersaurus sampler appetizer and loved everything on it. I had the Triassic Tortellini and was worried. It sounded good but I'm picky on my pastas. It was delicious.

Good choice. TRex is awesome!

We were just there in sept. for the 3rd time. The appetizers and burgers are very good. Really fun place, and don't forget to print some Rainforest Cafe coupons to save some extra money. I have the safari club card, but the .99 kids meal was a better deal for us, since I was able to use 2 reward calenders for my boys.

You can use those at T-Rex??? COOL..I will be printing a few out for our trip!
