it's one of my all time favorite movies. I first saw it in the theater when I was about 8. It was rereleased in the early 70's. Of course I watch it every year on tv but I prefer to watch it on video/DVD. At one time I owned the soundtrack on vinyl but it's long gone.

I've seen this movie too many times to count particularly when I was a teen. My favorite character was Lisle.

The Sound of Music is the first movie I remember seeing in the theater. My dad took me and my sister. I cried. It was the first movie I remember crying at. I was a little girl. It was around the time the movie was first released.
