Yes, characters are the same although no one is ever guaranteed.

From my recollection, brunch has a few more lunch type options available.

Depending on what time you are referring to, lunch dishes may start coming out. Characters should be the same although anything can happen.

PF is great if you have little ones. We didn't enjoy how cramped the restaurant is nor did we find the food that wonderful. It is nice to see Alice, etc. but that's really the only reason to go IMO.

I'm not sure. When I went to see the menu they had Breakfast, brunch and dinner menus. I figured since my ADR is at 10:30 that would be brunch.

I believe brunch is only offered during certain times busy times of the year like Christmas weeks. When it is opened from noon to like 3.
