So sick and tired being on hold or busy signal

After 3 days of not even getting as far as being on hold, I finally got through tonight. One hour and 46 minute wait. I needed to do 2 things that I could not do online, so not much choice but to stay on hold. Ridiculous and I also feel badly for the MS agents.
 
This needs to be addressed. Are they working with two MS agents on shift at a time? Some things are timebound needs and e-mails take 3 weeks. And some of us don't have time to hold for 2 hours or can't even get through to hold.
