hey guys! i've not been around in absolutely AGES... sorry!

anyways... i'm sulking... no DLP trip for me this year... bascially i got bored in my job about a month/6 weeks ago and decided to go to uni, lol... went thru clearing and now i'm @ Liverpool John Moors uni studying palaeobiology and evolution (yeah, like Ross off friends).... so... poor me can't afford a DLP trip this year... AND.... my beth, who i go with, is having a baby in may, which, whilst i'm really happy for her, means we probably won't be going again... not together anyways and no-one else i know IRL loves it as much as us two... blah blah blah...

so, yeah... i've been sulking and getting annoyed when the ads are on TV... but then... then i got this email @ uni...

Sorry for you feeling sad at the moment... I`ll keep my fingers crossed for you that you can participate in the programme... and imagine what a fantastic time that would be for you! And since it seems there`s a lot of pixie dust with me at the moment here`s some for you to wish you luck: pixiedust:

Good luck in Uni, and hope you enjoy your time in my fine city :)

I'm living through others trips as we don't have a trip in the pipeline :) so know how you are feeling.

Great that you have got in to Uni. Good luck :thumbsup2

That's exactly what my DD (only 11!) wants to do when she finishes school, we got talking to a lovely girl from Liverpool last sept who was working in Uk in Epcot, and she gave DD that website to look at - which is how she got to WDW in the first place - she had asked someone working there when she was 14 and on holiday!

Good luck if you decide to give it a try, the experience must be fantastic and I'm sure you make some lifelong - worldwide - friends.

Plus, I believe they have merchandise sales for the CM's - think you should start looking up shipping costs now!! LOL! ;)

Let us know how you go on,

Lynn

:goodvibes

That sounds like a fantastic opportunity and it is a great thing to do whilst you are studying as you'd probably not do it otherwise. I'll keep my fingers crossed you get to go and good luck with your course. :thumbsup2

Just wanted to say good luck, the same thinkg happend to me a few years ago, got bored with my job and applied for uni to study Human Resources :lmao: have to say that the struggle and the three years of not being bale to afford disney is soon forgotten when you graduate and start earning loads more money than you did before! ;) i.e. lots more Disney trips and by then your friends little one will be able to come along with you and enjoy
