So Sad...bout Fantasmatic!

Finally we have ADR at Mama Melrose booked online...so excited!! I called today to confirm our ADR's and was told that I DID NOT have the pkg...(sniff sniff) There is no where on the online site to ask for this. I assumed that it just came with the ADR. WRONG! When I called they told me that I could not get the fantasmatic, all gone! Could this be possible. My ADR is for 4:00 Humm, I am a little upset. So apparently, we cannot get this pkg now. There are two showing of the show that night too. I can't believe this! Of course we can STILL see the show but not reserved seating....What'sa body to do? We will be leaving one week from today. This is a bummer. Any suggestions? I need some magic...thanks

They're right, the package is different from a regular ADR, is not included with all ADRs for those restaurants and must be booked specifically, cannot be booked online, and is in very limited supply. All you can do is keep trying and hope someone cancels, or try a different restaurant (Hollywood & Vine and Brown Derby also have the package)

Call every day until you leave. When you call ask for ANY Fantasmic Package for the night in question. I am wanting one on December 20 and they are all gone right now. So I'm hoping someone cancels before I go....good luck!

the packages fill very quickly and are in high demand. Iwoudl suggest calling every day until you leave to check for one.

Looking at the crowd calendar, there's only one day for us to go to DHS, and it's not on a F! night. I don't think that kids will be too upset (they saw it once and weren't convinced it was worth the time we waited), but I wanted DH to see it.

Also try going to the second show - it's usually not as crowded.

FINALLY! I did someone who I think knew what I was talking about. It seems you cannot book Mama Melrose online. When you call they ask for your credit card, although restaurant and fantasmatic are free. If you were to cancell this ADR you need 2 days prior to, and if not they take $10 a person and charge it to your charge. Did anyone hear of this?????? Thanks

Yes, that's correct. So many people were making reservations and then not showing up. Not a good thing to do, so be sure to cancel in advance if you can't make it.
