So no room rate discount as an alternative for free dining for Disney Visa?

I was pretty disappointed today when I saw that Disney Visa is getting advanced booking for the new offer but its just free dining with no room rate discount option.
Do we think it will be available once its a general public offer?
I do already have a BB booked and I know its unlikely that I will get any better discount than that but one never knows...

I wouldn't count on free dining to be available without a full price hotel and a full price park ticket.

I know its with a NON DISCOUNTED room.

What I'm referring to is that USUALLY there are two offers. One being a vacation package deal aka free dining or upgraded tickets etc and the other being a room rate discount that can be used as a room only booking or made into a vacation package booking.

I'm thinking they will drop a GP discount when they open FD for GP in late March. The FD for Visa is like a few days early booking window.

I'm also hoping they will also drop in late March the 4-day Magic Ticket for summer 2025. That, coupled with the BB rate was the best deal for my family last summer, over FD.

The information says this is an early access for Disney Visa until March 26th. I’m hoping there will be other room discounts when it goes public on the 27th.

I'll be extremely surprised if a room-only Disney Visa discount offer was even the same as, much less better than, a bounceback offer.

Since their reemergence, the bounceback rates have been consistently better than AP rates.

I don’t think there will be a room only Disney Visa discount, they don’t typically offer Disney Visa discounts one after the other. I think a public room discount will be released when the free dining offer goes public on the 27th.

BB rates have been very good but some room types, like club level, have been very limited. I’ve gotten discounts on CL with public rates that were never available with BBs. It’s very much “Your Milage May Vary” with all discounts.
