So Much To Celebrate - LIFE and Sophie Kate!

I was doing my best to get pictures of what was back in that secret place.



There were a lot of hot shots milling about, and we got suspicious very quickly.



One of these hot shots said that it could not be denied that something might happen in that area around a certain time if one happened to be there.

The time was not going to be for a while, so we moved on to check out other things.



Brooklynn had been wanting to drive on the Speedway.



Heaven help us when this is the real thing in a real car.



Jill will need to be the one to teach her to drive.

And here is Miss Sass driving.





I take pictures of such random things.



I think I took all these while John and Brooklynn were riding Space Mountain. Jill was probably feeding Sophie, and I probably had Bella with me. That's the way things go a lot of the time.

This is one of Brooklynn's favorite snack stops. She likes raspberry lemonade slushies.

It was time to head back to the secret place.

If nothing is happening, a whole lot of people have gathered to see nothing happen.

Just to the right of him is Deb Wills from allears.



Jill and I went up and thanked her for her wonderful website, to whom we have referred many people. She was a pleasure to talk to, and she gave Jill some cards of some sort. I don't remember what they were, exactly.

And then - it happened.
Rolling flower carts were moved away, and we thought we were going to get a walking tour right through the new stuff!



They walked us up toward Gaston...



and then we were free to roam about as we pleased.
This was not just a guided walk-through. This was a 'try it all out and see what you think', and we couldn't have been happier!





This guy was just as obnoxious as you would think he'd be.





This shop smelled of fresh wood.











Cute, but pricey.

I don't know how to get the pictures off of my phone but there is a little video of Elle playing with her new Minnie Mouse trike during her party!

Wasn't the new Fantasyland amazing!? I can't wait to see the rest of it!. I was so excited when they let us in that I cried and gave the CM a big bear hug!

This shop smelled of fresh wood.

Yes fresh wood, glue, varnish , paint and other things that tickled my nose. I stayed in there a bit but had to get out before the "newness" made a lasting impression.



You had a great Mother's Day. Always love to see the annual picture with the kids.

Yes, I hated the days when the kids were old enough to drive...gave me a lot of grey hair and, thus, more trips to the salon to get the grey covered.

How fun that you got to go and tour the new Fantasyland while you were there.

Looks like the girls got to drive in England - right hand drive vehicles!!

So cool that Famous CM Barbara gave a special group a ride!

Some of the first to check out the new Fantasyland! Of course you should be in that group!!
