So Much To Celebrate - LIFE and Sophie Kate!

Love the shopping pictures. We are scheduled to eat at Rainforest Cafe in DTD one evening. I think I will need more money for that dinner as my DD is going to want every stuffed animal there. My DD is like Brooklynn, she wants to be a vet when she grows up and loves anything about animals. She is trying to talk us into buying her first hamster. She also wants a lizzard and hermit crab.

Owen was excited to see his name on a mug! I think Hannah and Brooklynn would get along famously and spend all their time shopping for new stuffed friends. ;).

Yes, Hannah and Brooklynn would have a blast together! ::yes:: We'll have to make that happen one of these days. Sometime when you drive south to Florida, there needs to be a Nashville stop. :thumbsup2

Glad Owen liked his mug. It's fun to see your name on things. My name was never on anything like that because of its unique spelling.

Shopping in AK is one of my favorite Disney locations - all of their merchandise is so fun and unique!

Makes a person want to have an Africa/Asia room at home to put fun things in. There would be more African things in mine, I think. I tend to look at those things more than the Asian things.

I think it's really cool that Frankie and I happened to meet and fall in love at Disney. It makes an already magical place that much more meaningful to us :)

Yes, I don't think there's anything at Rainforest Café that you didn't take a picture of! I love Brooklynn's choice for her newest stuffed friend :goodvibes

I'm sure that your family will always cherish memories of Disney World vacations with you :cloud9: I'm sure your presence makes a big difference to them.

I wonder where you are headed next...hmmm...

Fun to have met there and fun to live there. And when you are ready to fill the house with the pitter patter of little Disney feet, that Wilderness Lodge fountain in right there close at hand! ;)

You should meet up with Kimmy sometime, since she lives there, as well. Maybe in June, we can have a big meet. We are only going to be there for two days, and one is a Sea World day, but if others can work it out, we'd love to have a meet.

Yay for more shopping pictures! And you happened to get pictures of both the baby names we have in mind! :)

Someone must have told them I was broke,

because

they hid all their bills!

Insert eye rolling smiley here.

Hey, Brooklynn thought it was funny.

I think it's hysterical!

DIS boys.

I love it!

:thumbsup2

Brooklynn needs a huge store rack like this for all of her animal friends.

Doesn't every child? We actually strung up a hammock in Eric's room for all of his. Great in concept but not so great if they really just want to sleep with all of them. Cute addition from Rainforest.

Yes, it is a dinner + purchase place. ::yes::

Brooklynn is wanting a bearded dragon right now.

I think we better be breaking some DIStown ground for a very well-stocked 'Nahtazu' of our own. ;)

And we get to find out in a week what that baby will be! :cheer2:

They have one of those hammocks over the door to the bedroom. It is full, and the beds have several animals in them, and there are animals on the dresser - not plush, but the beaded ones - and I have four sacks of animals and Disney plush friends here at my house. From an okapi to stingrays to a Tasmanian wolf - we have quite a variety of usual and unusual plush friends. And then there are a few dozen plastic ones, too!

I just love all of your AK shopping pictures.

In a few years I will definitely be throwing some coins into the Wilderness Lodge fountain. Though I will likely ask you to do so as well given the added MeMom magic ;)

A meet in June would be fun if it could work out! Let me know which days you will be here :goodvibes

I am loving all of the fun you are having at AK...and the smile on the little one's face.

And I love window shopping at Animal Kingdom....so many distinct items. And now you have me making a note to go to Rainforest Café to shop. I won't eat there (didn't care for it in Chicago or Vegas), but I definitely need to shop. :goodvibes

I love your shopping pictures!!!! I bet Brooklyn will be a vet one day... At Animal Kingdom:)

After looking at your pictures, I am having the biggest case of Disney homesickness. I need to plan a trip so bad.

I also need a fun size shirt.

We will let you know when we finalize our plans. We will be in Sea World one day (19th), but we'll be back on Disney property in the evening. We'll probably eat at Captain Cook's and watch Wishes from the beach on the 19th or the 20th, so that might be a good plan for meeting.

I think Rainforest food is okay, but it is slightly overpriced, as many dining 'experiences' are. We're paying for the the roaring animals and crackling thunderstorms, too. We eat there at home occasionally to get a Disney fix. :thumbsup2 We don't eat at the ones in WDW, because we can do that at home, and we want to do specifically Disney things when we are in WDW. I have to say, I'm like Brooklynn. I'd like my classroom to look like a rainforest! :goodvibes

If it happens, it will have truly been a lifetime process. ::yes::

Love the purple dress and......

I need the fun sized shirt!!!! :cool1: I wonder if it only in kids sizes or can us short people get one that fits? :cutie:

You can look when you are there next. That won't be long, will it?

After looking at your pictures, I am having the biggest case of Disney homesickness. I need to plan a trip so bad.

I also need a fun size shirt.

And opposite of you guys, I need a shirt that says,
'Yes, I'll get that item off of the top shelf for you'.
I can't tell you how many times I have seen a short little lady looking longingly at a top shelf item. It's nice to know that I have helped many delicious food items find their way to family dinner tables.

We totally understand the Disney homesickness. We booked our flights for the December trip yesterday, and that was very exciting. We had to chop two days off the front end, but then we added one day to the back end. We already had the Pop rooms booked, but now that it is all in place, it feels good. Now to come up with the money to pay for it all.... :crazy2: :faint: :upsidedow

Just want to apologize for the lack of pictures this week and probably through the weekend. This has been and will be a busy week. Lots going on at school, and Jill will be here this weekend. We have some activities to go to, and I doubt there will be any more pictures until Sunday evening, at least, after everyone has gone back home.

Have a Thrilling Thursday, all!

Stopping by for a virtual shopping fix.

Love the picture of the Eric and Evan mugs as a shout out to Cynthia!

Your pictures make me want to run to the nearest Disney store - and I'm talking the ones in WDW. :thumbsup2

This is a busy week all around! I don't know when I'll make it back by, so have a Happy Mother's Day with your girls (and boys too, I hope). My girls are taking me for an overnight at Boardwalk on Saturday! I am so lucky!

I booked our trip for September this morning....for 10 nights....guess where we will be staying...

You are right! I knew you would guess it's Caribbean Beach! Can't wait to discover a new resort. :beach:
We got free dining too!

I'm going to make up a beach basket today for Lexi and have it waiting for her after school as a surprise to reveal what resort I chose.

Since we have never stayed there before, I welcome any tips you all have for me.

pixiedust: Congrats! on booking your flights for December. :thumbsup2
What are your dates going to be now?
We are booked into a Mermaid room over at AoA so you will have to bring the girls over for a swim if it's warm enough. ;)

We have also booked for Dec at Pop. We leave on the 29th because r tickets expire on the 28th.

I'd like one of those "top shelf" shirts, too! Just this past Sunday at church, a lady came and got me to get something off a top shelf in the kitchen! And I have also helped the "vertically challenged" at the store!

YIKES! It was busy in there.
Pizzafari is good. Love to sit outside.
Love the carving pics and ITTBAB is a must do for us.
The Rainforest gift shop is pricey. Never been in there.
The bathroom doors are cute.
All caught up again.

Watching Wishes from the beach at the Poly sounds good to me :) Happy Friday! Hope you have a great weekend :goodvibes
