So Much To Celebrate - LIFE and Sophie Kate!

Also, I want to send out good thoughts and prayers from DIStown to jillyb and daughter, Hannah. Hannah had to go to the hospital this morning with stomach pains. They are trying to decide if it is an appendix issue. I don't have FB at school, so if others can update us here, that will be appreciated.

Good thing there are wise doctors and caring nurses to help us get through these things. And good things there are smart teachers who taught them along the way! :thumbsup2

Sending prayers... we had the appendix removal last spring and it was terrifying and scary with my Hannah...

Thanks everyone! :goodvibes Hannah is doing well. It was between a UTI and appendicitis and I'm very happy to say that it's a UTI. She also has some other "issues" which some changes in her diet will alleviate. Today is the last day of Spring Break for her...what a way to end it! LOL She's been with her Daddy all this week so they are now back at his house napping while I am at working counting down until 4:00.
So glad to hear the good news on Hannah!!!

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao::lmao:

Pat is awesome!!!!
Oh really................ :goodvibes

Enough people seem to think so. Must be at least something to it....... :)

.
And a.................

Very Happy 4th Birthday to princess: Bella!!! party: :bday: party:

Happy Birthday to Bella Girl from your Miss Anita Wigd friends in Kansas!!!!

So sorry she couldn't :listen: hear :listen: our "kid" earlier but I'm really glad you called to let me know!!!

I'm sure she will have her fill of Baylor this summer after 6 fun filled days.....:crazy2:

Good morning Distown! Happy belated birthday, Bella!!!! I finally have time to log on today. It has been a busy week since coming back to the real world. As you saw on FB yesterday, we had some excitement at our house. Blake's cut was fixed with steri-strips at Mommy's office and he is doing okay. He is my accident prone child and he keeps us on edge constantly. I LOVE your pictures of the Halloween party. It is one of my favorite things at WDW. I am not sure when I will go again because fall in our house is football every Saturday. It is our compromise. My husband goes along with any trips I plan, but he gets his Saturdays in the fall. Oh well, when the boys are old enough, I may go without him. :rotfl2: I am glad Hannah is ok. It is scary to take your child to the ER. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and can't wait to see party pictures.

Jill, so glad it wasn't the appendix! Hope your weekend is much quieter! :goodvibes

Cara, so glad it was an easy fix on that cut for Blake!

Don't believe everything you read......... Take that whichever way you want...:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Especially if you read my adventures in my TRs.

What a beautiful sunny day in Alabama! :cool1: Checking in for a quick group hello to DIStown this morning. This is a busy place, as cakes are decorated, a castle is painted, toys are put away, etc. Jill and John have gone to pick up chairs right now. Sophie is sleeping, and the girls are playing. I am going to help them straighten up their bedroom in a few minutes. We'll have a busy morning, then after lunch, we can relax some until party time. Jill has everything organized, as always. Wish you could all join us for Cinderella pumpkin pretzels, Jasmine's magic carpet games, and bow and arrow fun with Merida. Pictures later, and since Jill has a new camera, maybe there will be some decent ones. :thumbsup2

Anita, I hope Baylor gets this birthday thing right by next year. Bella needs to hear him say Happy Birthday! ;)

Backstory for anyone interested: We were telling Bella that she had a lot of Disney friends telling her Happy Birthday yesterday. She asked, "Did Miss Anita Wigd and Mr. Marc say it?" We said yes. She then added, "What about their kid?" We said yes to that, as well, although I'm doubting Baylor did. Sometimes you lie to a newly four year old, though, for good reasons. :upsidedow She immediately said, "Well, I didn't hear him!" :rotfl: She's a little nutcase, that girl!

Anyway, whatever you guys are up to today, may it be filled with family, friends, and fun! Make those sweet memories every day - special days and normal days. ::yes:: Let us know what is happening in your neighborhood today! :wave2:

Have fun stormin' and playing in and around the castle.... ;)

:lmao: How cute Bella is!! Did "their kid" say it??:rotfl:

I cannot wait to see pictures. I am sure Jill went above & beyond for her Bella like she does for all the parties. She really should be a party planner!!

Enjoy your weekend with the girls & I will be on the lookout for pictures!!

I was so bummed looking at your Boo to You parade pics. I figures that the MNSSHP wouldn't start until early Oct, :( Imagine my surprise when I go on touring plans and see that Disney has two parties planned during the week we are going to be there, and F&W starts on the last three days of our trip. Oh and the we for this trip is Me, 41 yo, Disney addict, :surfweb: and my DD#1, will be 21 by this trip and using Disney transportation, Halloween is her favorite holiday, Disney is her favorite destination, and 21 at F&W. Yes I will be there to keep track of her while she explores some freedoms. :ssst:

We were up and at Harper's first soccer game of the season bright and early this morning. She did score a goal. Afterward she headed off to her cousins softball games with her other grandmother and Marc and I set off in search of items for our "fish extenders" for the cruise this summer.
We ended the day texting with Trent, getting pictures of the "Princess Party" and then attending the Shocker watch party where we sadly wittnessed our beloved Wichita State Shockers get defeated by Louisville. The only consolation is that one of our dear DIS friends (Shann) Shannon Hancock's nephew played an awesome game against us and it was really neat to feel that connection to our opponent. (We just had dinner with Shannon and her family over our Christmas trip) So, anyway, we will throw our support behind Louisville on Monday night and watch Luke Hancock tear up the court! :cheer2:

:cake: HAPPY BIRTHDAY BELLA!!! :cake:

I'm sure the party was perfect! Can't wait to see pics! :goodvibes

I am getting caught up from a hotel this morning as Lexi has a swim in the indoor pool.
My little baby turns 13 today! Wow, time has gone by fast. I can still remember when Lexi was Bella's age.
We had a fun day of shopping yesterday and I was so excited to find the matching carry on to her new Mickey luggage. She loves it!
Among her gifts were Monster High dolls, DSi Skylander Giants kit, clothes and products from Bath & Body. (the last items were new requests from her...I guess this is the start of teenage-hood.....soon she will be asking for make up.)

Her cake was "Brave" themed. Turned out so cute. Looked exactly like this pic. No, I did not make it myself in case you are wondering. ;)

Oh, and if Lexi turning 13 doesn't make me all sentimental....my baby boy Aaron turned 19 on this past Tuesday.

Have a great day all! :)

Glad you have links in your siggie. Guess I need to head off and do some reading. :surfweb:

So many dis-kid birthdays lately!

CanadianWDWFan - a big happy birthday to Lexi and Aaron!:goodvibes

The castle was a big bust. After transporting it from school to car, from car to house, from house to yard (to paint), and from yard to car to Alabama to Jill's yard - it was just too much for the poor castle. It looked really good at the beginning, too. Maybe there will be another castle for another princess someday, but it will be started in the place it is intended to end up. ::yes::

She had more than the girls could even get to, and she got plenty of compliments from the other moms. Party planning could be a future job. :thumbsup2

Bella is such a witty little girl, and the fact that she smiles about whatever she is saying makes it even funnier. She had a good weekend.

That's a fabulous trip to look forward to! :cool1: I think they start those parties in mid-September.

Way to go, Harper! :cheer2:

Trent thinks Louisville will take it all now.

You will share what you are doing with fish extenders, won't you?

Officially the mom of two teenagers. I think there is a badge you will get for that. :thumbsup2

Don't you know Bath & Body is a cool place for young girls? So many smells and colors and cute basket sets! :goodvibes

Brooklynn chose her Merida dress to wear yesterday. We had a good variety of Disney ladies at our party.

Happy Birthday Bella!! Can't wait to see all the pictures from the party yesterday.

I guess you saw Jill's on FB. Mine are on the SD card with my Disney trip pictures, so I have to have the time and space, hopefully, to load them onto this laptop.

So many dis-kid birthdays lately!

CanadianWDWFan - a big happy birthday to Lexi and Aaron!:goodvibes

Yes, Erica's Will and Moparop's Liam had a birthday this weekend, as well. They don't DIS much any more, but they're still part of DIStown in my mind.

Glad you have links in your siggie. Guess I need to head off and do some reading. :surfweb:

Pat is a good girl. You will enjoy getting to know her. And don't be afraid just because she takes pictures of trashcans. She is still fairly normal, in spite of that.

Great update and pics as usual.

Looks like a fun party on FB. Hope you all had a magical time and Bella a Happy Birthday...

I am still laughing over the Poison Apple game. There is a big part of me that wants to play next time -- I am practicing my "fainting." :rotfl:

Brooklynn was so excited to play. She used her best acting skills. She took a bite, fell back and let the apple roll out of her hand.
