So Jan 25th is the change date?

I know we go from 90 day to 180 day ADRs on October 27th. So if I have a trip booked that starts prior to Jan 25th I can book at 90 days out. But if my trip starts after Jan 25th I book on Oct 27th with everyone else in the world. Right?
