But I'm getting ready to go up there on my way out to do errands and do so.

My neighbors have this little ball of fluff dog-it makes really small poops. THERE ARE 17 PILES OF REALLY SMALL POOP IN BETWEEN MY "AREA" AND THEIRS!

I guess they think because their dog makes really small poop they don't have to pick up after it. I think its them because they are the only person in our building with a small enough dog to do this, and I thought it was really weird that anytime they were outside with the dog (not on a leash ) they would scoop it up and run inside with it really fast. I thought it was because my dogs are bigger and theirs is just a pup so they were scared of ours but then I started noticing that it was anytine we walked outside and they were out with the dog.

I can't stand people who want a cute little dog but then don't want the responsibilties of owning a dog. It would be different if they had a yard of their own that they were making nasty like this, but its not, this is an apartment complex. And another thing-they keep our apartment complex very well stocked with free bags to use for pickup in the dog walking area. One of those dog walking areas is less than 50 feet fro their dog. LAZY!!

Have you tried talking to them? If you think it might turn into a confrontation, I guess you'll need to talk to the management. I wonder if anyone has witnessed the dog pooping there?

Normally I would suggest talking to the dog owners, but given that you see them scooping up their dog and making a mad dash, and there are bags for such use readily available, I think going straight to the office is the best bet. Confrontation could end badly and then the poop may be in more places than where it is now.

I completely agree with your comment about pet owners wanting but not doing.
