So is now a good time to add-on at BWV

I really want to add on to my BWV contract, but was going wait maybe a year.

I know the current extension does not include BWV, but what do you think this extension is going to do to the price when buying add-on points directly from DVC? Will they add on the 15 years and charge more?

Just asking for opinions, as I am sure no one knows for sure.

If DVC offers the extension for BWV, after the extension I think the price to add on there will be the same price as it is to add on to AKL or SSR (or CRV or GCV if they are available at that time).

I think add on contracts purchased after the extension will be for a 2057 (or possible later) contract and that 2042 add ons will not be offered.

My opinion - yours and others may differ and that's OK with me!

I think I would wait on any add-on until after we find out if they are going to offer the extension at the BWV. If the posts on this board are correct, and the purpose of the extension is to sell off the excess OKW inventory that DVD has through ROFR, then the extension may not be offered or forced at BWV. Only time will tell.
