That's a LONG time... I was on hold with Service Canada Saturday for like 20minutes and I was ready to hang up...

I haven't booked my package yet, but I priced it online and it took maybe 3 minutes... so yah definetly planning to book it that way!

Hi Sara - We're in Burlington too!! I was on hold this morning for 48 minutes for the room discount. Hope you got through. I was on the code board and heard lots of hour and a half and two hour waits and still not through.

I also had a phone plan but no hands free so I had numb fingers by the end.

At 78 minutes I got through. CM didnt know about the discount releases and tried to tell me they were not available.
All in all, got the discounts added to our ressie and saved us $800!

I think I am going to book 2 weeks of FD for next August. I will book online though.

This is amusing since booking in advance for me is about 3 months and even that is waaaaay, far in advance.

I was on hold for just over an hour this am (agreed, thank goodness for unlimited calling to the US!) and was not even sent to the right person. Luckily, the CM "got permission" to make my changes so I did not have to start the wait over again! And now I am on the 25% off room only rather than the 20% off BB. It was only a difference of $30 over 4 nights, but I will take all I can get and am hoping for the AP rates to take off even more!

I called at exactly 7:00am Florida time, 8:00am Nova Scotia time. Was on hold for 30 minutes and thought that was bad .... was in a hurry to head to Digby Pines Resort for a 3 day meeting, so every minute felt like an hour.

Got the 25% added, now waiting to see if a future AP discount can add more.

I must have been lucky....called tonight at 6:15 and had a 10 minute wait....was off the phone by 6:35 and was able to modify 2 room only reservations in January and saved $165.

I guess I was very lucky - my entire call took less than 8 minutes. Now I'm set with Free Dining.

Same here. I called at exactly 7am ET, answered all those voice prompted question (hate them!), and I was only on hold for about 5 mins!

I was able to get free QSDP added to our package! I think I'll be calling back in the next couple days to upgrade it to the regular DDP. I was told it will cost $15 per day, per person...which means it will cost my nephews and myself $45 to eat every day! (thats a deal considering their appetites!)

Got my AP discount today! Did you get yours?

I told the CM that they all could have saved themselves a ton of work if the AP rates had come out the day before the GP rates...

Got my AP discount for Nov 2010, but the first CM said there wasnt any ...so after that, I was using my blackberry with no "real" internet access when I spotted the talk on disboards .... left my conference and when back to the hotel room to check the rates. Sure code Z07 .... down to $672 for 8 nights at POP

They are only out through 12/25/2010... who knows when 2011 will come out since it took so long for these!

My CM gave me the run around at first too, asking for the discount code and then commented that he had been doing them all morning! Oh well, at least we saved money! Way to go on the great savings at Pop! Enjoy!
