My family and I will be having our first club level experience in December in the SL building at GF. I was just curious, in what ways do you find club level the most helpful? Other than the food, what is it that the CMs can do for you? I know I've received info and an email address to contact them, but I'm not sure what for? In what ways do you utilize their services? How did you find them most helpful? In terms of suggestions for a first timer, what is your "'make sure you take advantage of _________" through club level advice?

Thanks in advance!

They can make Advanced Dining Reservations for you. They can make other reservations for you like specialty boat cruises, carriage rides, etc.

I know I've received info and an email address to contact them, but I'm not sure what for?

For the things I mentioned above and to make any special room requests.

In what ways do you utilize their services? How did you find them most helpful?

See above.

In terms of suggestions for a first timer, what is your "'make sure you take advantage of _________" through club level advice?

Thanks in advance![/QUOTE]

If you don't have experience doing it yourself, you might find it useful to have them make your ADRs for you. And if there's anything you might need while there, make sure you ask and they will do whatever they can to assist you.

I would highly suggest checking out the Club Level FAQ Thread located here.

Especially the first page.

I found it extremely helpful to have them make all my ADRs for me first round (I always end up shifting things around later - byproduct of being an obsessive planner). I'm on the west coast and the idea of getting up at 4am to try to get all the stuff we wanted just didn't appeal.

As the others have said, ADRs and other itinerary planning (babysitting services, tickets for other dessert parties, shows, etc) - Special room requests (adjoining rooms, bed types) and the like - special cake orders (to the room or at restaurants in the parks or resort)

Basically think of them like your personal secretary for all things DisneyWorld!

Personally I tend to do my ADRs myself though and rarely use that aspect of the services. (Except for the room requests when I was trying to get adjoining rooms)
