You can pull a pretty decent sized trailer with a PROPERLY EQUIPPED F150. Like the previous poster said, not sure what you were looking at, but I have yet to see a full sized trailer without AC, and even in my hybrid, there is a separate shower and toilet and the bathroom size is as large as a Class C's. Tack on a bump out and the interior space should be pretty big.

Ok, I think that I have been talked into a 36' DS TT. It does have everything that we wanted. It's pretty cool, because it rents for $1200 for 7 days, which is almost $200 cheaper than a smaller Class C with similar amenities. When I added it all up, delivery/tear down fees, fuel charges, the extra days, and what we expect to pay at FW for a preferred, pet loop, site that is fully loaded, it's about what we would have paid to board the dogs and stay at a preferred view room at a Value resort.

I think we have our winning answer to all of our problems. Now, I just have to get my honey 100% on board with the idea and willing to part with some of the money. I don't think it's going to be a hard sell. I think that I can even talk her into AP's, if I work it all just right. Maggie
