The Da Vinci Code and all I can say is WOW! This book is amazing!!

Isn't it? I got about 1/2 way through in the Spring and it kept me so engrossed. ::yes:: I stopped reading it when we got a kitten and I had to read lots of books about that :teeth: I keep meaning to get back to it but I want to be able to devote my full attention to it so I keep putting it off. It was a definite page turner and made me really think!

I thought I was the last person to read it but I guess not :). I read it last month and I loved it. I actually tried to only read a little every day so it would last longer!

I agree. I finished it a couple of weeks ago and loved it.
Going to start reading Angels and Demons after I finish Harry Potter. :D

Nope, that would be me! :teeth:

Ok, so I just realized that the title of this thread makes it seem like I've just learned to read! Yea me! :rotfl:

I enjoyed Angel's & Demons as much as DaVinci code if not more. :) I read Angel's first. I love the fast-paced action of both books.

A lot of my friends complained about the poor sentence structure in these books. But I didn't notice that, I listened to them both on audio. :)

Hmmm, I haven't noticed that, either. But, I have been focusing more on the translation of the French! :p

Ditto, on both accounts.

These books have a quantity that frustrates literature buffs: They're actually readable.

I read Angels and Demons as Pope John Paul II died. It was facinating to be reading all about conclave and the secrets of the Cardinals as all that was going on! Enjoy your fun read!

I really enjoyed it. I hear they are making a movie....I think it will be interesting to see.

I just saw the movie poster for it at the theater yesterday! I hear that Tom Hanks is in it, but a lot of people aren't happy about that. :confused3

I read Angels & Demons but have not read The Da Vinci Code yet. I know it will be intense so I'm waiting until I read a few more fluff books over the summer before getting into it. :)

It's actually not quite as intense as I thought it would be. Honestly, I thought I was going to lose interest being that it is so religious and historically deep.

I have not been able to put it down! :flower:

Okay. You've got me. I'll read it as soon as I'm finished with HP!
