so I just discovered the kitchen skink sundae at PCH grill....

the only convenient time I can work this into my itinerary is at lunch (because you know, I'm super healthy) but PCH is not open at lunch, can I get 11am reservations to just order one of these and not the whole breakfast for my family of 3?

Doubtful. Breakfast is a character meal and that's all it is.

There's a mini kitchen sink that I've read is at Clarabelle's at DCA, if that's something that might work for you.

We get a real kitchen sink every trip and my family of 5 has never finished one yet (though we came close last time). I think 6 people is probably a good serving size suggestion.

We saw them getting the 1st picture at the top at WDW this past Christmas at the Beach N Diner at the Beach Club Resort. Looks like fun to me!
