So I just booked JETBLUE

This is my first stray from SW but we are going to New York and SW doesn't go there from Buffalo.

Jetblue allows you to book your seats ahead of time which is awesome. What else do I need to know.....is there a online check in you still have to do?? Do you need to check in at the airport if you aren't checking bags??

You can check in 24 hours before your flight. If you're not checking any bags you can go right to the security line with the boarding pass you get through the online check in.

We're pretty excited about using Jet Blue for the first time too this summer. Got awesome rates and great times of the day too. I love being able to chose my seats ahead of time, for FREE, and the promise of roomier seats with personal entertainment systems. No need to lug a personal DVD player for the kids!

Ya I do thing I will book with them more often, I love being able to pick
my seat ahead of time.

Only thing I don't like is there cancellation policy isn't as good as SW, they charge a $100 PP fee to cancell or change??? Oh well we leave in 67 sleeps so hopefully no need to cancell.

We just flew with Jetblue for the first time on May 24th (still here at OKW ) Got great flight rate, but flying back with SW. I liked that you could pick your seats ahead of time - we checked in 24 hours in advance online. Please note that they will only check one bag per person as of June 1, any extra is now $25. It was a nice flight, the kids loved the tvs and XM satellite radio - make sure you take your own earphones as they cost $1 now for theirs. Had great snack service - full can of pop as well as many chips/snacks to choose from. If you want to watch a movie, you have to use a credit card and pay $5, but there were lots of channels to choose from besides. We would use them again if cheap flights came up (only $74 each one way for us from Buffalo to Orlando). Prefer SW for being able to change flights without penalty though.
